John Ponder White is a Senior Research Analyst at CREC focusing on workforce research and development. John Ponder’s projects have included work on the Data User Insights project, state business incentive analysis, and work on United States credentialing. John Ponder performs both qualitative and quantitative analysis for clients and assisting the LMI and PMP Boards.  

Prior to joining CREC John Ponder worked on an analysis of the effect of Social Security and Medicaid on the Labor Force Participation Rate, a business plan for the City of Minnetonka’s urban forestry program, and served as the Managing Editor for the Humphrey Policy Affairs Review.

John Ponder has a Master of Public Policy from the University of Minnesota.
